I absolutely recommend this detox tea. It was not harsh on my body and I did not experience any cramping, thank God😉. I was able to naturally go to the restroom even after I stopped taking the tea. I absolutely recommend this tea. I've used another detox tea from another company in the past but it would cramp your stomach especially if you didn't drink enough water with it. I found this tea milder and it does not cramp. I'm an older person so my metabolism is very slow and having frequent movements and losing weight is not as easy for me as it once was. This tea has me going more regularly (once a day). I also don't feel the need to stay home after I have a cup. For me it is the inches I have lost that has made a difference. Over 5 days I have lost 4 inches.
